Purpose
The ADA Advisory Committee shall provide SFRTA's Administration and SFRTA's Board of Directors with input and advice regarding issues that have a
greater or different impact on those persons that are transportation disadvantaged than on SFRTA's ridership as a whole. These issues include
but are not limited to:
- Overall Service Performance including fare structure, schedules, feeder buses, service enhancements, accommodations and/or modifications;
- Purchase and modification of revenue equipment and revenue equipment components;
- Signage and Communications Media;
- Studies and/or Reports, Engineering Designs and Construction Plans for RTA stations, facilities and vehicles;
- State and Federal Legislation that may have an impact on SFRTA's service to its transportation disadvantaged customers;
- Operating policies and procedures as they may relate to Customer Service; and
- Other public transit matters as requested by the SFRTA Board of Directors or SFRTA staff.

Meetings are held bi-monthly on the last Tuesday of the month at SFRTA's Administrative Offices located at 800 NW 33rd Street, Suite 100, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.
