Purpose
To provide technical recommendations to the Board, through the Executive Director, regarding
transit operations in the SFRTA service area, including improvement of transit coordination and service.

Qualifications/Appointment
Each Member shall be an employee of their respective agency or company and shall be appointed
by their respective agency or company, subject to SFRTA concurrence.

Frequency of Meetings/Location
The Committee shall meet on a bi-monthly basis.
